Delivery terms (including charges) only apply for items that are purchasable on-line. Food and grocery items cannot be purchased on-line therefore delivery charges are not applicable.

 

 

 

 Delivery Lead-times 
 *In most cases, if you submit your order on Monday to Friday, then your order will be delivered within 3 - 5 working days.

Orders submitted on Friday after 3pm, Saturday or Sunday or Bank Holiday will be despatched on the next working day and will be delivered within the next 3 - 5 working days.

Bulk orders may affect delivery times.

Certain products are delivered direct from our suppliers and can take longer; an estimate of the delivery lead-time is shown on each product page.


Delivery Charges
For deliveries to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland, our standard delivery charge of £5 plus VAT would apply to orders of £50 or less (excluding VAT and delivery costs). We offer free delivery to these areas for orders over £50.

Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands carry a delivery charge of £8.95 plus VAT for orders of £50 or less (excluding VAT and delivery costs) and £3.95 plus VAT for orders over £50

 For “Big & Bulky” items, as indicated by a "Big & Bulky” icon on the product page, a delivery charge of £35 will apply. If you order more than one “Big & Bulky” item, then you will only pay 1 x £35.
