You do not need to be a Makro Tradecard holder to shop with the Makro Online Store, but you will need to be a business owner or have the authority to buy on behalf of a business.

You do not need to be registered or log in to browse the site, or to add products to your basket. Once you have finished shopping, and you are ready to checkout then click the "checkout" button and then you will be prompted to login or register.
If you are new to the Makro Online Store, then you will need to register to complete your order. You will also be asked to verify that you are a business owner, or that you have the authority to buy on behalf of a business. You will also need to provide contact information, billing and shipping addresses.
Shopping with the Makro Online Store is really easy. Simply search for your desired products using the search box or by using the detailed product menus. Add the product(s) to your basket by clicking on "Add to Basket". You can easily view items in your basket by placing your cursor or mouse over the mini basket in the top right-hand corner of the site.
When you have finished shopping, click on the "Checkout" button at the bottom of the mini basket. You can then do a final check of the contents of your basket, and you can also add any special notes for our delivery courier. If you are happy to proceed, click "Checkout Now".
You will then be invited to either register or log-in. Once you have logged in, you will be asked for your chosen delivery address and an appropriate delivery charge. Click "Continue Checkout" to proceed.
You will then be asked to enter your payment details. After entering your card details, once again click "Continue Checkout". On the Order Summary page you will be given a final opportunity to check the details of your order, including the invoice address, delivery address, payment details and the contents of your order.
If you are happy to proceed, click "Place Order". Your order will be submitted and you will be given an order number. You will also be sent an order confirmation email.
To add an alternative invoice or delivery address you need to go to the "My Account" page. Under the Address Book section, you have the option of adding either another invoice address or another delivery address.
To make a given address your primary, or default address then click on the link "Make this address my primary address".
Your primary addresses for invoices and delivery are shown on the My Account page. To change the primary addresses simply click on the "change" link and select one of your other addresses.
Please note, your delivery address can not be amended once an order has been placed. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.

We do not accept American Express.
In most cases, if you submit your order Monday to Friday, then your order will be delivered within 3 - 5 working days.
Orders submitted on Friday after 3pm, Saturday or Sunday or Bank Holiday will be despatched on the next working day and will be delivered within the next 3 - 5 working days.
We do not deliver to any Channel Islands.
For deliveries to the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and Highlands & Islands the following delivery charges will apply:
- orders over £60.00 (inc VAT) include FREE delivery
- orders between £20.00 (inc VAT) and £59.99 (inc VAT) include a £2.99 delivery charge
- orders below £20.00 (inc VAT) include a £4.99 delivery charge
Delivery terms (including charges) only apply to items that are purchasable online. Please remember you DON'T need a Makro card to shop online.
We deliver to the UK, including Northern Ireland and the Highlands & Islands of Scotland.
When your order is despatched you will receive an email which confirms despatch and also includes your order tracking information. If you have not received this email then please check your spam filter and deleted email folders. Your tracking number & relevant link can also be found on the "My Account" page, under the Order/ History Section.
How to Return Goods
All orders from the Makro Online Store will need to be signed for to confirm delivery.
Items that are of a Big and Bulky nature, where an additional delivery charge has been paid for, will have the delivery pre arranged with you. The delivery company will telephone you to make arrangements for delivery to take place on a specific day and within a 4 hour time slot.
